General
All Revi helmets meet ASTM F2040 safety standards for snow sports head protection.
Each helmet goes through rigorous third-party lab testing for impact absorption, penetration resistance, and retention system strength - so you can ride knowing your gear is protected.
We also work with trusted manufacturers who follow strict quality control and safety protocols at every step of production.
We recommend replacing your helmet every 3–5 years, depending on use and exposure.
Even premium helmets naturally degrade over time - and when it comes to head protection, performance matters most when it counts.
Shipping
We currently ship anywhere in the U.S. Free shipping on orders over $150. We’re working on international shipping - stay tuned.
All pre-orders ship in October 2025. You will receive tracking information once it ships.
Orders ship out in 1–2 business days.
Standard shipping takes 3–7 days.
Expedited options are available at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Gear must be unused and in original packaging.

Yes - all Revi helmets come with audio-ready ear pads, so you can drop in your chips and ride with the soundtrack that moves you.
Use a soft tape measure just above your eyebrows and match the measurement to our size guide. Our helmets include an adjustable dial-fit system for a locked-in feel.
Yes. Our goggles are designed for a universal fit, but they lock in perfectly with Revi helmets — no gaps, no wobble, no fog.
They do! The Revi photochromic lens features technology that adapts to changing light throughout the day.
