Your helmet should feel like it was made for you. If it doesn’t, we’ll make it right.
- Free exchanges for a different size or model within 30 days of delivery.
- Try it on, no pressure: adjust, dial in the fit, and make sure it feels right before you commit.
If it’s not the perfect fit, we’ll cover exchange shipping and help you find one that is.
- Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
- Helmets must include the original protective bag and box.
- Apparel and accessories must be clean and unwashed.
Refunds are processed once your return is received and inspected — typically within 5–7 business days.
All Revi helmets and goggles include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. If your gear fails due to a defect - not from a crash or misuse - we’ll repair or replace it at no cost.
For crash replacements, contact us with a photo — we’ll help you replace your helmet at a discounted rate.
